Lesson 1

Pre-teach vocabulary.Then read chapter 5, responding to key questions. Children can then complete their first activity, considering the ways in which Ronaldo inspired Kylian Mbappe.

Lesson 2

Building on what they have learnt about Mbappe from the previous lesson, children consider his influences and what motivates him to succeed.

Lesson 3

Children continue reading chapter 6, considering Mbappe’s strengths and weaknesses as a player.
